Focusing on what needs to be improved for learning and growth rather than what went well. We often initiate by blaming - others, ourselves, or circumstances, when we find some challenges. Acceptable - a perfect human nature! Though, you can start by looking deeper within yourself. Know beliefs, attitudes, or actions you contribute, when some challenging you found? This enthusiastic process of holding responsibilities is a key driver to feel empowered as a lead instead of a victim of circumstance. In addition, it allows you to try out various other ways of effective leadership in management.

What needs my attention?


For scanning your environment, both professional and personal - this is a great technique. Your attention quality is your greatest valuable asset. To form a powerful mindful and choosing the right way to invest it, this helps you a lot.

What’s meaningful?


Finding the meaning of your day-to-day activities keeps you fueled. Helping you the most in learning about values that are imperative to you and lead from values. Also, it inspires and engaging you with others around you.
